The Cullen Law Firm’s attorneys have given advice to a wide variety of clients on Customs and international trade issues. For clients, such as the American Textile Manufacturers Institute, The Cullen Law Firm has sought Customs' assistance in enforcing international trade agreements. In this regard, we have developed the use of the False Claims Act to deter and penalize Customs fraud and have several pending cases. In the international trade arena, the attorneys have given advice and assistance to clients in antidumping and countervailing duty actions.

Paul D. Cullen, Sr. has been directly involved for over twenty years in the prosecution of antidumping proceedings covering color television sets and/or color television picture tubes from a variety of countries including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Canada and Mexico.

Joseph A. Black has been involved in antidumping proceedings involving flat rolled steel from numerous countries, steel wheels from Brazil and dynamic random access memory chips (DRAMS) from Japan. The Cullen Law Firm has also provided business case advice to clients during the negotiation of international trade agreements.

The firm’s international trade clients have included the Committee to Preserve American Color Television (COMPACT) and the European Electronic Component Manufactures Association (EECA).
